Around 20 to 25 % of required water by the body is fulfilled by the foods we eat. According to the doctors, every people should drink eight glasses or two liters of water daily. But the quantity of water required by the body is determined by the body weight.

First of all, you need to know your weight. The person having the weight of 40 kg and 80 kg should not drink same quantity of water. The water required by the body will be different. After knowing your body weight, divide your body weight by 30.

The result will be the quantity of water your body requires daily. For example, if your body weight is 60 kg, while dividing by 30, 2 is the result. It means you should drink 2 liters of water daily.

The body sweats a lot of sweat during exercises and the quantity of water decreases in the body. Problem in digestion occurs if there is a low quantity of water in the body. Therefore, we should drink a glass of water after every half an hour of an exercise.
